**Return Policy**
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
**Eligibility for Returns**
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
**How to Start a Return**

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

**Damages and Issues**
Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
**Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items**
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch.
Please note, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
**Exchanges**
To get the new item you want quickly, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
**European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period**
If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated earlier, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
**Refunds**
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, informing you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
